Gender Pay Gap Data
Complete Cleaning Services Ltd is required by law to carry out Gender Pay Gap Reporting under the Equality Act 2010 Regulations 2017.
What is the Gender Pay Gap?
From April 2018 all UK Companies with more than 250 employees will be required to report their pay gap on a national website. The gender pay gap is the difference between our male and female mean and median salaries across the whole organisation.
It is important to remember that the Gender Pay Gap is not the same as Equal Pay. Equal Pay measures the salary difference between men and women doing the same work or work of the same value.
What are our results?

Mean Bonus Gender Pay Gap = 78.3%
